Ipswich Town have signed winger Julio Enciso and midfielder Abdoul Ouattara from French club Strasbourg.
Paraguay international Enciso, 22, and Ivorian Ouattara, 20, have both penned five-year contracts with the Tractor Boys.
The reported combined fee for both players has the potential to reach ÂŁ47.3m, with both players having played for boss Gary O'Neil in France.
Enciso, who spent three years at Brighton, spent the second half of the 2024-25 campaign on loan at Portman Road before moving to Strasbourg.
"I am so happy to be back at Ipswich Town," he said.
"I really enjoyed my time on loan at the club and I was so happy to see them win promotion back to the Premier League last season.
"I worked with the manager in France last season and the chance to play for him again at a great club like Ipswich is one I'm very excited for."
Ouattara made 45 appearances for Strasbourg in the French top flight and was part of the side that reached the Uefa Conference League semi-finals last season.
"I am still young but have had some good experiences already and I can't wait to meet the fans and my team-mates and get started," Ouattara said.
Since securing promotion from the Championship last season, Ipswich have spent ÂŁ150m with the acquisitions of Ouattara and Enciso taking them up to 12 major signings.
