According to reports in Argentina, Manchester City are set to make a âŹ145 million offer to Chelsea for midfielder Enzo FernĂĄndez before the end of the transfer window. The player has reportedly given the green light to join his old manager Enzo Maresca at the Etihad. That figure would make the Argentine the joint-record Premier League transfer after Alexander Isak moved from Newcastle to Liverpool for the same fee last summer. The player has a current market value of âŹ100m.
