It’s time for the 2026 McDonald’s All American games. Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Ariz. will host 24 of the top girls and boys high school basketball prospects on Tuesday evening for the latest edition of the chief hoops showcase.

The girls game will tipoff first at 7 p.m. ET. The boys game will follow at 9 p.m. and both will air on ESPN. Both rosters have been split into East and West. Rivals is providing live updates during Tuesday night’s action.

Big shots bring fireworks to end the half tied up

Shots started to fall toward the end of the half and it’s 42 apiece as the players head into the locker room. Arkansas SF signee JJ Andrews (West) leads all scorers with 10. Michigan PF signee Quinn Costello (East) nailed a long 3-pointer and nice fading mid-range to tie things up before the buzzer. Kansas PG signee Tay Kinney (West) also knocked down a trey late in the quarter. There’s been some careless turnovers, but the defensive effort has been high on both sides.

Future SEC stars showing out

Arkansas SF signee JJ Andrews knocked down his second 3-pointer and now has eight points for West. Alabama SF signee Jaxon Richardson is showing his hops for East. The elite athlete has got a couple buckets early and the game is tied at 35 with less than three minutes to play in the first half.

Tyran Stokes making presence felt for West

Tyran Stokes, the No. 1 overall prospect and uncommitted small forward, missed his first couple shots but is now rolling in the second quarter. He got up high for a block that led to a Jason Crowe jam, then got a steal and threw down a dunk of his own. West has a 31-26 lead.

Action-packed first quarter ends with East ahead

There’s been no shortage of highlights early on in Glendale. Team East closed the quarter strong via a corner trey from Ohio State SF Anthony Thompson and steal and dunk from Kansas PG signee Tay Kinney. Both sides are giving effort on defense. Arkansas SF signee JJ Andrews has five points to pace the West.

East out to early lead

Heading into the first media timeout, East has a 14-8 lead. A couple of 3-pointers from Mizzou center signee Toni Bryant and some shifty moves from Arkansas SG signee Jordan Smith Jr. have been the highlight thus far. East is playing better defense early on, too. Houston center commit Arafan Diane has two baskets early for West.

Two players out due to injury

Both teams are down a man this evening due to injury. USC center signee Adonis Ratliff is out for the East, while the West will be without North Carolina SF commit Maximo Adams.

Mizzou four-star center signee Toni Bryant (East) knocks down a 3-pointer from the top of the key for the first basket of the game. Houston commit Arafan Diane dunks to get the West on the board.

Boys game up next

The boys game will tip soon and the rosters on both teams are loaded. Of the 24 prospects set to play, 19 rank as top-25 prospects in the 2026 cycle, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all major recruiting media companies.

Team East includes Arkansas SG signee Jordan Smith Jr., Ohio State SF signee Anthony Thompson, Duke PG signee Deron Rippey Jr. and BYU SF signee Bruce Branch III. Prospects headlining the West includes No. 1 overall prospect Tyran Stokes, Duke PF signee Cam Williams, Arizona SG commit Caleb Holt and USC SF commit Christian Collins.

Hall led all scorers with 21 points on 8-18 shooting and has been named the game MVP. The USC Five-Star Plus+ combo guard signee is the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle.

Dominant 4th quarter propels East to big win

The East firepower proved to be too much late. USC signee Saniyah Hall, UNC signee Kate Harpring, UConn signee Olivia Vukosa and Kentucky signee Emily McDonald took control as the final period went on. West had no answer offensively, scoring just 15 points in the fourth quarter.

Texas SG signee Brihanna Crittendon has tried to keep the West in this game late, but the East lead is now 13 points after LSU SG signee Lola Lampley’s hard work pays off with a layup. Turnovers have hurt West down the stretch. East is ahead 76-63 with less than five minutes to play.

Harpring pacing East in the 4th

East has come out swinging to start the fourth quarter. North Carolina PG signee Kate Harpring is making an impact early with multiple layups. Maryland SG signee Jordyn Jackson is up to 12 points after draining a fadeaway middy to make it a 66-56 lead for East.

Thanks to an 11-2 run, momentum has shifted in Glendale and its East that’s taking the lead into the fourth quarter. Nebraska SG signee Ashlyn Koupal (West) and Maryland SG signee Jordyn Jackson (East) grabbed some of the final baskets of the period.

Notre Dame CG commit Jenica Lewis (East) buries a deep 3-pointer and East has a 56-52 lead, its largest since early in the first quarter. Maryland SG signee Jordyn Jackson (East) has four points in the quarter. West is fighting a cold spell late in the quarter.

Teams trading runs in the third quarter

A pair of future Texas Longhorns in PG Aaliah Spaight and SG Addison Bjorn helped spark a 9-0 run for the West, which built a 49-41 lead. Bjorn has been on the breakaway multiple times tonight. The East responded, however. Notre Dame CG commit Jenica Lewis and No. 1 overall prospect Saniyah Hall each made buckets to make it a 50-48 game, bringing East within a basket.

Tennessee PF signee Oliiyah Edwards (West) is making her presence felt early in the second half. She nails a midrange jumper, draws a foul and grabs a rebound. West leading 42-41 early in the third quarter.

Team East ends the half on an 11-3 run to trim the West lead to one at halftime. Duke PG signee Autumn Fleary and Michigan State PF signee Lilly Williams helped lead East’s charge back into the game.

West leads 34-28 with less than five minutes to play in the second quarter. Saniyah Hall is up to 13 points after draining another 3-pointer and is keeping East close. West is getting production from multiple sources.
